Weekly Walk Thru
Within the timeframe of your landscaping project, your Client Care Manager will schedule to meet you on site at least once weekly. At this time they will review all progress made within the past week and progress that is to be made in the current week, discuss any adjustments or Change Orders and present you with a weekly invoice.
Follow Up
Through the installation of your Chicago landscape design your Client Care Manager will be sending you email transmittals to keep you informed on the progress of your landscaping project. within these transmittals you can expect to see some of the following:
- Progress Photos
- Updates of Project Schedule
- Summary of work Completed
- Weekly Invoices
- Notification of any Changes within the project of Change Orders
