Design Installation / Supervision - Chicago Design Landscaper
Milieu Design LLC. will provide a competent work force to perform all work required on site. All work duties shall be performed in a safe, professional manner according to standard practices, causing as little inconvenience as reasonably possible to the owner and the owner's customers. All work, once initiated, shall proceed in a timely fashion; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (i.e. weather conditions, site conditions, interference with other contractors, etc). We shall remedy all undue damages to the work area caused by them or workers contracted by Milieu Design LLC. The work site shall be left in a clean, safe condition upon completion of the contract.
Note: From time to time we will schedule our crews to a four day work week with a total of forty hours per week.
Supervision
At Milieu Design LLC., we use a teamwork approach to supervising your Chicago landscaping project and will have a variety of staff overseeing the installation of your landscape project. Your Client Care Manager will be the main contact throughout the project and will be on your property daily. Your project is managed internally through our President, General Manager, Project Architect, and Designers. Within the time frame of your landscaping project there is an opportunity that anyone from our staff may arrive on site to check in on the progress and talk with our foreman and crew.
On site, your project is managed by one of our foremen that have been working for Milieu Design LLC. for five and up to 15 years. They are well skilled within the landscaping industry.
