Drawings / Pre-Work Walk Thru - Chicago Landscaping Design Installation Company
Our professional Chicago landscape designers develop our landscapes with all local codes and specifications in mind, although a permit from your local government agency may be required. We will work with you to obtain the necessary permits for the successful completion of your landscaping project, this might require us to develop a set of Detailed Construction drawings.
The cost for these permits and the cost for our time processing the permit and creating detailed construction drawings are not included within the design proposal and may incur additional costs.
Pre-Construction Walk Thru
Your Client Manager will schedule a pre-construction meeting to review the project timeline and to discuss that you might expect while we are working at your Chicago home. If you have multiple contractors working at your home we may request their attendance at this meeting to coordinate all projects.
Also at this time we ask that we may place a lawn sign with our company information in your front yard.
