Project Scheduling
Upon acceptance of the landscape proposal and receipt of the project retainer, we will begin scheduling your landscaping project. We will provide you with an estimated start date and a Landscape Project Schedule that is based off of your signed project proposal. This schedule will show the timeline of the installation of your landscape project.
Material Selection
Before the start of your Chicago landscaping project, we will provide you with a selection of material (plant and hardscape) for you to chose from. During our presentation meeting you will receive a Project Plant Portfolio that will show images of the various plants that we are suggesting installing. Our Client Care Managers will work with you to select plants that will be hardy to our zone and provide a variety of seasonal interest.
We will also provide you with various samples of pictures of the hardscape material we intend on using. Along with the desired pattern, we intend on using for the installation.
If necessary we will be delighted to schedule a time to meet you at one of our suppliers locations to hand select or view other possibilities of material to use.
Upon final selection we will prepare a package of images showing you final material selection. We will require you to sign an acceptance form starting that you have reviewed all the details of the materials to be used and understand that the samples reviewed may vary from the actual installed material in certain cases.
