Design Meeting
Within the Design Consultation Meeting, one of our Client Care Managers will present to you our portfolio of work which highlights the landscape experience we have created over the years, a brief history of Milieu Design along with our design approach and style and finally discuss our unique design and installation process, which is based on keeping the client involved throughout the entire Landscaping project.
After the initial introduction, we will begin to discuss your project with you and establish a guideline to start your Chicago landscape design. Key items to discuss are:
- Landscape Design Questionnaire
- Scope of project
- Design Style
- Estimated budget
- Possible design solutions
- Possible materials or plants to use
- Portfolio images that interest you
At this time our Client Care Manager will be able to assisst the overall scope of your project and determine the appropriate fee for us to begin the Landscape Design Process with you. (The design retainer fee is based on actual property size and not area to be designed.)
