Moving Forward

After you and your Client Care Manager have discussed all of your project details and have agreed upon a final project cost, we ask for a project retainer (percentage and progress payment are based on overall project cost). This will allow us to begin the installation process and begin to finalize material choices with you.

Client Follow Up

Throughout this step you will receive transmittals from your Client Care Manager summarizing the details of any meetings you may have had and detailing the necessary steps on proceeding to the next level. With the receipt of your Project Retainer, we will provide you with an approximate project start date and a project schedule.
